Description: This research looks at the trends in the development of language education in the context of globalization and informatization of society and the linguistic interpretation of bilingualism in its broad and narrow understanding, the functional and speech formulating aspects of transculturalism. It should be noted that, under conditions of institutionally subordinate multilingualism, the features of teaching a foreign language are largely conditioned by the “dynamic” nature of the development of bilingualism.
